                               RESOLUTION NO. 21401
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO
                 A LICENSE FOR USE OF PROPERTY WITH THE
                 UNIVERSITY OF TENNESSEE AT CHATTANOOGA FOR THE
                 INSTALLATION, REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE BY THE CITY
                 OF CHATTANOOGA OF A MAST ARM POLE, FLASHER
                 CABINET AND ASSOCIATED WIRING FOR TRAFFIC
                 CONTROL PURPOSES.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to enter into a license for use of property with the University 
of
       Tennessee at Chattanooga for the installation, repair and
       maintenance by the City of Chattanooga of a mast arm pole, 
flasher
       cabinet and associated wiring for traffic control purposes, in
       substantially the form attached hereto.
